• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs.
• Develop and implement effective evidence-based treatment plans under the supervision of licensed professionals.
• Deliver mental health services, including psychotherapy, utilizing telehealth technology to accommodate clients' varying preferences.
• Utilize behavior management strategies to help clients address and modify behaviors that may hinder their progress.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Offer support and guidance to families, equipping them with practical tools and skills to foster their children's emotional and psychological development.
• Document all interactions and progress in accordance with clinic protocols, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist at Ultra Care Counseling Center, you will work with a varied patient population that includes families, couples, and individuals facing a range of challenges. Often, our clients are seeking support for issues such as relationship conflicts, communication difficulties, anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will have the chance to employ a wide array of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to each client's unique situation.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience working with diverse populations in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with clients, families, and colleagues.

• Experience with telehealth therapy platforms and familiarity with virtual counseling best practices.
• Knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in marriage and family therapy.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement creative interventions tailored to meet individual and family needs.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000, reflecting your expertise and experience.
