• Conduct individual therapy sessions primarily through video conferencing, ensuring a personalized approach to mental health care that adheres to recovery-based principles.
• Evaluate clients continuously to assess their treatment needs, modifying therapy interventions based on their progress and feedback.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized service plans collaboratively with clients, encouraging active participation in their treatment journey.
• Provide skills training focusing on coping mechanisms, problem-solving techniques, and communication skills, essential for daily living and community involvement.
• Guide clients in accessing relevant community resources while advocating for their needs effectively.

The primary focus of your role will be to support adults aged 18 and above. Many clients may be experiencing a variety of mental health challenges that hinder their ability to lead fulfilling lives. As a counselor, you will empower them through tailored coaching and mentoring designed to enhance their independence and well-being.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia, with no disciplinary actions against the license.
• Proven ability to practice independently without the need for supervision.
• Demonstrated experience in providing direct clinical services to clients effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, complemented by a compassionate demeanor that fosters trust and rapport with clients.

• A minimum of three years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in computer systems and technology used in telehealth to effectively manage client sessions and documentation.
• Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection to facilitate virtual therapy sessions seamlessly.

The salary range for this position is a competitive USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a sign-on bonus, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
