Job description

Axyde Analytics is assembling a proposal team for USTDA solicitation 1131PL26R0063, South and Southeast Asia Aviation Infrastructure Project Scoping Mission. This contingent, intermittent role leads the independent technical QA and release-review work package.
WBS responsibilities
•Review preliminary assessments, project reports, TORs, budgets, mission reports and status trackers independently of production.
•Test technical, commercial, legal, E&S, impact and export claims against cited evidence and stated assumptions.
•Reconcile quantities, phasing, WBS identifiers, schedules, budgets, responsibilities, conditions and attachments.
•Identify unsupported claims, false precision, discipline conflicts, missing-data branches and evaluator-navigation gaps.
•Perform clarity, compliance, arithmetic, searchability and final-rendering release checks.
Required evidence
•15+ years of aviation, multidisciplinary infrastructure QA, technical editing or federal deliverable review.
•Demonstrated independent review of complex technical, feasibility, project-preparation or government reports.
•Evidence of claim/source, cross-discipline, scope/schedule/budget or compliance review.
•Ability to make precise corrections while preserving technical meaning and auditability.
Preferred evidence
•Airport or air-navigation expertise; USTDA/DFI/federal acquisitions; publication and accessible-PDF quality control.
Engagement
Remote and intermittent over a potential four-year contract period, subject to award and individual assignment authorization. Limited international travel may be requested for applicable assignments and will be confirmed separately. U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residence is required for proposal eligibility. Selection, award, hours and travel are contingent.
