This position is entirely remote, allowing counselors the flexibility to work from home while maintaining work-life balance. Utilizing platforms such as Simple Practice, our therapists conduct video appointments, ensuring a secure environment for client interactions. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' needs and therapeutic objectives.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are in alignment with best practices and client goals.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy services through digital channels, employing various modalities suited to client preferences.
• Document therapy sessions and monitor client progress in compliance with our digital health record system.
• Engage with clients via virtual platforms, ensuring accessibility and comfort during counseling sessions.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health providers to refer clients to additional resources or specialized care as needed.
• Participate in professional development opportunities, including attending and contributing to scheduled supervision and training events.

Our ideal candidates will have experience working with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and couples. You will be tasked with addressing a wide range of mental health issues from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges, ensuring that every client feels heard and supported in their healing journey. • Active licensure as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent).

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to facilitate effective remote therapy.
• Adaptability to use digital tools for therapy and documentation effectively.
• Prior experience in remote therapy or telehealth settings is preferred but not mandatory.

• At least two years of post-license experience providing psychotherapy to teens, adults, and couples.
• Familiarity with video conferencing tools and virtual client management platforms.
• Experience in specific therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR, is a plus.
