Role: Full Stack .Net Developer
Location: New York, NY (Remote)
Duration: Long Term
Position Summary:
The Full Stack .Net Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications utilizing a modern technology stack that spans front-end, back-end, database, cloud, and integration platforms. This role requires proficiency across the full application stack, including user interface development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, and related frameworks; back-end development using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and microservices architectures; and database development utilizing SQL Server, Snowflake, and other relational and cloud-based data platforms. The .Net Developer works closely with business stakeholders to transform functional requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions that align with organizational objectives.
The Full Stack .Net Developer will participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), often managing multiple projects simultaneously at various stages of development. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, application architecture and design, front-end and back-end development, API creation and integration, database development, automated testing, deployment, and production support. The role leverages modern development tools and technologies including Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, RESTful APIs, Entity Framework, Visual Studio, and cloud-native services to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Front-End Development: Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
  • Database Design/Development: Design and implement server-side logic and database systems using back-end technologies like SQL Server, Snow Flake etc. Create and maintain database schemas, stored procedures, views and queries. Optimize database performance, data integrity and system reliability.
  • API Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between the front-end and back-end components.
  • Application Architecture: Design and implement robust application architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability of the system.
  • Testing & Debugging: Write unit tests, perform debugging, and ensure cross-platform compatibility, improving application performance and user experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other .Net Developers to define project requirements, improve user experience, and meet business objectives.
  • Version Control: Use version control systems like Git to manage codebase, collaborate with team members, and maintain project documentation.
  • Deployment & Maintenance: Deploy applications to production environments, perform updates, and troubleshoot any issues that arise post-launch.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, development tools, and best practices in both front-end and back-end development.
  • SDLC: Ability to support all phases of the solution development life cycle, including analysis, design, functionality, source control, testing and support.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement secure coding practices, authentication and authorization mechanisms, data protection controls, and vulnerability remediation to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
  • DevOps & CI/CD: Develop and maintain automated build, deployment, and release pipelines using DevOps tools and methodologies. Support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to improve delivery efficiency and quality
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, process flows, deployment procedures, and support documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:
Educational Level:
  • A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics/Statistics, Telecommunications, Data Communications, or a related field of study; and
  • Five (5) years of progressive, responsible experience in the field of data processing, computer systems, and applications.
  • Operations Specialty requires supervisory experience (5 years).
  • Network Services requires a telecommunications background and experience.
  • Broad knowledge and expertise in the characteristics of computers, peripheral devices, communications systems and hardware capabilities, programming languages, E.D.P. applications, systems analysis methodology, data management and retrieval techniques; or
  • A satisfactory equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.

Years of Experience:
  • Five (5) years of progressive, responsible experience in the field of data processing, computer systems, and applications.
  • Operations Specialty requires supervisory experience (5 years).
