Join Aprio's Real Estate team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities.  Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior Construction Estimator/Cost Segregation Senior Associate to join their dynamic team.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Prepare comprehensive fixed asset engagements including cost segregation and fixed asset review studies
  • Learn to research issues related to cost segregation and fixed asset matters and be able to articulate or prepare documentation related to such matters
  • Develop industry expertise to help yourself become help an indelible member of the cost segregation practice
  • Help train, monitor, and develop staff as the department grows
  • This is a remote opportunity, but only candidates that reside near an Aprio office will be considered
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
  • 3+ years of work experience within a cost segregation practice or a related field such as building inspection or appraisals, engineering related work, architecture, or building construction positions  
  • Proficient in Adobe Pro DC, MS products including Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and the ability to learn new software as needed
  • Knowledge of RS Means and Marshall and Swift
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and timely
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Potential travel 20%-30%
$70,000 - $133,500 a year
The salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
