Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions using HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.
• Thoroughly assess clients’ mental health needs through comprehensive interviews and diagnostic assessments, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a broad spectrum of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and substance use disorders.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards for mental health care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, partnering with other mental health professionals including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic and integrated client care.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed of emerging research and therapeutic practices that align with our mission to provide exceptional client care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this Remote Licensed Professional Counselor position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
