• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health needs, collaborating with them to design personalized treatment plans that cater to their unique circumstances.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy to address individual concerns in one-on-one and group settings.
• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care, enhancing the holistic treatment experience for clients.
• Provide emergency interventions for clients in crisis, utilizing your skills and empathy to guide them through challenging moments safely.
• Participate in community outreach and educational programs to elevate mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and promote healthy coping strategies.

• A current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Cultural competence, exhibiting sensitivity to and understanding of diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to document client interactions and treatment plans accurately and efficiently.

• Experience working with a diverse client base in a community health or outpatient setting is highly valuable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Previous experience providing group therapy and leading educational workshops on mental health topics.
