• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling sessions through secure video conferencing platforms.
• Utilize advanced solution-focused treatment modalities to facilitate tailored therapeutic interventions for each client.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans aligned with the specific needs and preferences of clients.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships, promoting self-awareness and personal growth.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, supporting the development of positive coping strategies and healthy behaviors.
• Document all client interactions, treatment goals, and progress updates in our user-friendly counselor portal.

You will serve a diverse client population, providing therapeutic support to individuals encountering various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your expertise will help clients navigate their unique experiences and develop effective strategies for managing their mental health.

• Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.
• Ability to practice independently, demonstrating strong decision-making and clinical judgment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, showcasing empathy, compassion, and a supportive nature.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology and computer systems for remote counseling services.

• Previous experience practicing in a remote counseling environment is beneficial.
• Experience with diverse treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches, particularly in solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and documentation processes for remote care.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on hours worked and client caseload. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus to support your transition to our team. Our compensation package includes:
