• Conduct thorough behavioral health psychosocial assessments to identify patient needs, strengths, and support networks.
• Provide clinical interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, adapted to meet the unique challenges faced by clients.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Assist clients in navigating significant life changes, such as illness, divorce, unemployment, and other stressors.
• Engage in active crisis intervention for situations involving child abuse or severe mental health emergencies.
• Proactively monitor client progress, ensuring adjustments to care plans as necessary and following up to guarantee improved outcomes.
• Advocate for clients by researching and connecting them with vital community resources, including food assistance, healthcare, and childcare services.

The LCSW will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals from various backgrounds facing a range of mental health and emotional challenges. • A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited graduate program.
• A current and valid California BBS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct psychosocial history and case management evaluations, including conducting suicide risk assessments.
• Proficient in techniques related to individual, group, and family therapy, focusing on evidence-based methodologies.
• Familiarity with community resource networks, particularly beneficial for connecting clients with essential supports.

• Experience working with veterans and understanding their specific challenges will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
• Background in crisis intervention strategies and trauma-informed care practices is advantageous.
• Demonstrated skills in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) to document client progress and treatment plans.
