Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling through secure video conferencing platforms.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. Your work will focus on fostering resilience and coping skills, guiding clients through personal challenges and paving the way for improved quality of life. This role is vital in reducing barriers to mental health treatment and reaching underserved populations.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
  • Must hold one of the following licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), allowing for independent practice.
  • No limitations on your license (provisional or otherwise) and no disciplinary actions on record.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills that exhibit empathy and understanding towards clients.
  • Strong computer literacy and comfort with teletherapy platforms and technologies.
Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is preferred, providing you with the background necessary to handle diverse client needs. Previous experience in a remote or digital therapeutic setting is a plus, as it enhances familiarity with virtual care dynamics.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
