The Bliss Reformation And Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, remote role, you will be integral in evaluating and addressing the psychosocial needs of our clients, predominantly seniors, ensuring they receive the support and resources necessary for their emotional and mental well-being. Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, providing flexible work arrangements that allow you to manage your schedule effectively while ensuring continuous care for our clients. You will work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours required based on the needs of clients. While you hold primary responsibility for case management, an on-call availability may be necessary for urgent situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their psychosocial needs, incorporating emotional, mental, and social dimensions into your evaluations.
  • Collaborate directly with clients and their families to formulate personalized care plans aimed at achieving their specific goals and enhancing their quality of life.
  • Provide one-on-one counseling and emotional support, helping clients navigate significant life transitions such as bereavement, health changes, or relocation.
  • Serve as an advocate for client rights, ensuring access to critical community resources and helping them navigate complex service systems.
  • Work in partnership with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, caregivers, and case managers, to ensure cohesive care delivery.
  • Conduct regular follow-up visits to monitor clients' ongoing needs, evaluate their safety, and ensure their living conditions support their well-being.
  • Facilitate family communication by resolving conflicts and enhancing collaboration regarding the care and support of senior clients.
  • Educate both clients and their families about available community resources, support groups, and programs that encourage social engagement.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
