With the critical decisions made in government every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As an intelligence analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to develop reports and manage processes to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to help protect our national security.
As an intelligence analyst on our team, you'll help your client manage their operations and processes. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources. As the authority on your team, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.
This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills in AI and automation, and share your methodologies with other analysts. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools.

You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience managing project schedules or office operations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
  • Experience collaborating with leadership to establish processes and prioritize opportunities and requests
  • Knowledge of documenting frameworks and best practices to ensure consistent quality across distributed teams
  • Ability to partner with senior leadership to ensure leadership support is applied, if required
  • Ability to develop, benchmark, analyze, and track key metrics
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
