Responsibilities:
  • Own and maintain trusted reporting across Bally's Media streaming platforms, including viewership, engagement, retention, and monetization metrics
  • Analyze audience behavior and content performance across leagues, teams, matchups, and programming to uncover trends and performance drivers
  • Turn data into clear insights and recommendations that shape product strategy and business decisions
  • Deliver recurring executive reporting that highlights key trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Spot patterns, anomalies, and emerging trends before anyone else does
  • Validate data integrity across analytics tools and pipelines, digging in when numbers don't line up
  • Partner with engineering and vendors to resolve analytics or instrumentation issues
  • Support Product, Programming, Marketing, and Finance with analysis that drives smarter decisions
  • Improve and scale analytics frameworks, dashboards, and reporting workflows as our platforms grow
