Job Overview
Seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support enterprise analytics initiatives within a healthcare environment. This role focuses on building and validating data pipelines, developing reporting solutions, and partnering with operational stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. Candidates with strong SQL, healthcare analytics, and business intelligence experience will be prioritized.
Must Haves
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM, healthcare analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of analytics or business intelligence experience
  • 3+ years working in healthcare data environments
  • Advanced SQL development and data engineering skills
  • Experience with Epic Clarity or comparable healthcare data platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau or similar BI visualization tools
  • Ability to independently manage multiple analytics projects simultaneously
