Job description

Job Overview
Seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support enterprise analytics initiatives within a healthcare environment. This role focuses on building and validating data pipelines, developing reporting solutions, and partnering with operational stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. Candidates with strong SQL, healthcare analytics, and business intelligence experience will be prioritized.
Must Haves
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM, healthcare analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of analytics or business intelligence experience
  • 3+ years working in healthcare data environments
  • Advanced SQL development and data engineering skills
  • Experience with Epic Clarity or comparable healthcare data platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau or similar BI visualization tools
  • Ability to independently manage multiple analytics projects simultaneously

What the Client Needs You to Do
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define reporting and analytics needs
  • Build scalable datasets, reporting pipelines, and dashboard solutions
  • Translate operational requirements into technical data designs
  • Deliver accurate, validated analytics that support decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during testing, implementation, and training

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and document business and technical requirements
  • Design and maintain analytics datasets and reporting structures
  • Develop SQL queries and data transformations from enterprise systems
  • Create dashboards, visualizations, and reporting assets using BI tools
  • Perform data validation and quality assurance testing
  • Support end-user acceptance testing and issue resolution
  • Manage multiple concurrent analytics projects and priorities
  • Provide stakeholder support and communicate project updates effectively
  • Contribute reusable analytics assets and documentation for broader organizational use
  • Train end users and support knowledge sharing across analytics teams
