As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual mental health counseling sessions using video conferencing technology to ensure a secure and confidential environment.
• Utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to support each client's unique circumstances and challenges.
• Developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ mental health goals and needs.
• Facilitating profound client insights into their emotional experiences and interpersonal relationships, promoting self-awareness and growth.
• Continuous monitoring of client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and providing strategies for healthy coping mechanisms to improve their overall quality of life.

You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults who present with diverse mental health needs. This client population provides an opportunity for meaningful engagement, as clients are generally seeking to improve their mental wellness through supportive and empathetic counseling. The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a mental health practitioner, specifically one of the following:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Demonstrated ability to practice independently without supervision, with no provisional or limited licenses or disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing for effective communication and relationship building with clients.
• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth services, coupled with strong organizational skills.

While a minimum of two years of experience as a licensed practitioner is required, candidates with additional experience in mental health counseling or therapy, particularly in remote settings, will be highly regarded. Prior work with diverse populations and experience in developing effective treatment strategies are advantageous.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additional benefits include:
