• Deliver specialized mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, tailored to individual client needs, focused on stress reduction, relaxation, and fostering overall psychological well-being.
• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify client stressors, challenges, and psychological goals, utilizing a personalized approach to direct mindfulness practice.
• Facilitate individual and group mindfulness exercises, encompassing techniques such as meditation and breathing strategies, to promote self-awareness and emotional regulation among clients.
• Lead workshops and educational sessions on stress management and resilience-building, empowering clients with effective strategies to navigate their mental health challenges.
• Incorporate mindfulness strategies into individual therapy sessions, aligning interventions with clients' unique mental health issues for optimal growth and healing.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to integrate mindfulness practices into comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring holistic care for every client.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and mindfulness interventions to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
• Commit to regular personal practice in mindfulness and engage in ongoing professional development to enhance expertise in mindfulness-based approaches.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work closely with a diverse population that may include adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Our clients seek compassion and understanding as they navigate their journeys towards improved mental health. • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a recognized institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.
• Strong foundational knowledge and skills in mindfulness-based interventions; extensive training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in mental health therapeutic practices with a strong emphasis on integrating mindfulness techniques into treatment plans.
• Excellent communication skills to establish rapport with clients and create a supportive therapeutic environment conducive to change.

While a minimum of two years of experience in the field of mental health counseling is required, candidates who have engaged with mindfulness-based therapies or interventions, particularly in clinical settings, will be viewed favorably. Experience facilitating group therapy or workshops additionally enhances your application.
