• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques that not only promote recovery but also empower clients with coping strategies for long-term success.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals within the treatment team to provide an integrated approach to client care, including medication management when necessary.
• Educate and involve clients' families in the recovery process by conducting family therapy and providing resources for further support.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is highly desirable.
