• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices to guide clients on their path to wellness.
• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to empower clients and facilitate their healing process.
• Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, supporting ethical practice and client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care tailored to each individual's needs.
• Engage in regular case consultations, peer reviews, and team meetings focused on continuous improvement and enhancement of treatment methodologies.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic processes, and available community resources to enhance navigation through the recovery landscape.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills necessary for effective navigation of complex clinical situations.

• Previous experience within a rehabilitation or hospice center, demonstrating your ability to engage compassionately with individuals in various stages of recovery.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and treatment software that can enhance client care.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
