Position Description:
This role is designed for a technical expert with specialization in Axway s B2Bi integration suite. Key Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers to deeply understand their use-cases, pain points, and requirements, showcasing empathy and advocating for user-centric software solutions 2. Partner Onboarding and Support: Design, develop, and implement robust end-to-end integration workflows between Ford and its global partner ecosystem, ensuring high availability, security and data integrity. 3. Provide on-call support

Skills Required:
B2B, Python

Experience Required:
Engineer 2 Exp.: Practitioner: 4+ years of EDI onboarding experience in Axway B2Bi tool using SFTP, OFTP2, AS2, ALE, Web Service and other supported communication protocols 4+ years of EDI mapping experience in Axway Mapping Services including ANSI X12, CIF, VDA, EDIFACT and other standard formats 2+ years of experience with MBC, Inline code, UNIX. LINUX, Windows, SQL Server, MQ Series, Cass Business and technical analytical skills with excellent communication skills

Experience Preferred:
Pre-screening Questions/information: 1. What business problem have you solved using MBC or Inline code in Axway B2Bi? 2. List experience with Axway Mapping services (e.g formats used, no. of new maps with complexity). 3. Share an example of efficiency provided in mapping or onboarding. Additional Skills: - Analytical problem-solving - Excellent written and verbal communication - Agile mindset with cloud experience
