As a Licensed Insurance  Representative, you'll help individuals and families find personalized insurance solutions while growing the agency through consultative sales and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
  • Develop new business through inbound leads, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Conduct needs-based insurance reviews and recommend customized coverage solutions.
  • Educate customers on policy options, discounts, and available insurance products.
  • Cross-sell and round out household accounts to better protect customers.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and production goals.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
  • Previous insurance sales experience.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable using technology, agency management systems, and virtual communication tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Allstate experience is highly preferred; other major carriers also appreciated.
  • Experience with another major insurance carrier will also be strongly considered.
  • Active Life & Health License is a plus.
