What You'll Do
As a Licensed Insurance Representative, you'll help individuals and families find personalized insurance solutions while growing the agency through consultative sales and relationship-building.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business through inbound leads, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Conduct needs-based insurance reviews and recommend customized coverage solutions.
- Educate customers on policy options, discounts, and available insurance products.
- Cross-sell and round out household accounts to better protect customers.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and production goals.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Previous insurance sales experience.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable using technology, agency management systems, and virtual communication tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Allstate experience is highly preferred; other major carriers also appreciated.
- Experience with another major insurance carrier will also be strongly considered.
- Active Life & Health License is a plus.
