• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the diverse needs of patients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to address their unique mental health challenges.

As an LICSW at our clinic, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Patients may present with a wide range of mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and issues related to life transitions and relationship challenges. Your skills will be crucial in helping clients navigate these complexities and improve their overall well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Vermont.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
