• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurse practitioners, to ensure holistic care for every patient.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options, coping strategies, and resources available in the community.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about current research and emerging practices in mental health.

In this role, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients ranging from children to older adults, each facing unique mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed social worker, preferable in a community mental health setting.

The compensation package for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, reflective of experience and skills.
