Your Mission (Responsibilities)

This position is a remote sales-only position. The agency provides new leads daily and has a dedicated in-house team of telemarketers who transfer sales opportunities to you. We invest in our sales team to guarantee their success. Follow our sales process, and you too can be successful.


  • Achieve goals and measurable results by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
  • Ensure that the Danny Day Agency Sales Process is followed consistently with all prospects.
  • Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
  • Responsible for accurate underwriting.
  • Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
  • Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.

Must have your California State Property and Casualty Insurance License

Must be available 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST
