• Possession of a current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective rapport-building and therapeutic relationships with clients in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated compassion and empathy towards clients' diverse experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills essential for managing remote therapy sessions and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

• Prior experience in a remote setting or through telehealth services is highly advantageous.
