• Conduct comprehensive video intake assessments to understand the symptoms, functioning, and daily habits of new clients, ensuring to gather a holistic view for effective treatment planning.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic activities tailored to fit seamlessly into clients' daily routines, emphasizing functional progress.
• Provide continuous support through our digital platform, offering psychoeducation, real-time encouragement, and necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on client feedback.
• Monitor client progress by analyzing engagement data and conducting regular clinical assessments, aiming to refine care plans for optimal outcomes.
• Celebrate client achievements while collaboratively tackling any barriers to engagement through innovative problem-solving strategies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations.
• Ensure clinical records are kept confidential and adhere to HIPAA and state laws.
• Work closely with psychiatrists, other social workers, and healthcare providers to coordinate care effectively, ensuring a unified approach to treatment.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education sessions to foster professional growth and team cohesion.

As a Clinical Social Worker, you will primarily support students facing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and various behavioral health conditions. Your role will contribute significantly to empowering young individuals, enhancing their emotional resilience, and helping them navigate life's challenges in a supportive school environment.

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work (MSW or DSW) with a current state license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in social work, specifically in treating mental health-related issues.
• Demonstrated competence in providing psychotherapy, including experience with diverse populations and cultural competencies.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate treatment plans to clients and families effectively.
• A commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.

• Experience in higher education or providing clinical supervision to other social workers is preferred.
• Familiarity with simulation-based education methodologies.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for remote counseling and record-keeping.
• Experience working in school settings or with youth populations.

Healious Psychiatry offers an attractive compensation package, ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, complemented by a range of benefits. You will enjoy flexible work hours with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for work-life balance.
