Summary Description:

The Data Integration Lead is a critical member of the Toppan IT Data & Analytics team, responsible for implementing and supporting data integrations that power our critical enterprise applications and Analytics platforms. This role ensures timely, high-quality data solution configuration and integration, driving employee productivity and directly impacting Toppan's businesses and functional areas.


As a subject matter expert, the Data Integration Lead partners with external vendors/partners, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to enable seamless data exchange between all Toppan applications and platforms. This role is essential to sustaining data democratization and availability and supporting decision-making across the entire business.


What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the configuration and delivery of complex data integrations while ensuring compliance with data security standards.
  • Implement APIs, event-driven integrations, and batch processes to support business and customer needs.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on data integration for internal stakeholders and projects.
  • Manage and optimize ETL/ELT processes, ensuring high data quality, consistency, and availability.
  • Develop and maintain integration documentation, best practices, and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Act as the Enterprise Architect and maintain all critical documentation in support of Toppan's enterprise applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues quickly while maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and strengthening team capabilities.

  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining an enterprise architecture strategy and related artifacts.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, data mapping, and ETL tools/processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and timely delivery.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly terms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience working directly with cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to handling Toppan data securely.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related data integration tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot).
