We are actively hiring for an Insurance Product Leader - Digital Experience Delivery - Remote

Your Role:

This role will operate as a business product leader in a businessled, technologyenabled delivery model. This leader will own the successful delivery of personal lines insurance and AAA products to market, with accountability for business outcomes delivered through digital sales and service experiences across multiple distribution channels, including AAA club agency, independent agency, direct, and alternative platforms.

This leader plays an active role in executing gotomarket strategies and tactics, driving digital experience innovation through emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning, and owning the key performance indicators tied to their initiatives. Success in this role requires the ability to lead and influence in a highly matrixed environment, working collaboratively across functions and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Key partners include State Product Managers, AAA Partner Club agents and leaders, and teams across Strategy, UX/CX, Distribution, Policyholder Service and Solutions, Business Architecture, and IT.

We believe the enduser experience defines the product. This role is responsible for delivering differentiated, technologyenabled experiences that consistently delight AAA Members and agents while strengthening the AAA brand.

Your Work:

Product Delivery

  • Contributes to the shaping of strategy for Delivery platforms and implements actions required to achieve this strategy.

  • With support, develops design for insurance products' flawless delivery through multiple distribution channels (e.g., branch agents, call center agents, and independent agents).

  • Continually seeks to understand end user preferences and competitive marketplace to develop product features and delivery methods relevant to the current and future needs of end users to drive sophisticated design for ease of use by all internal and external partners.

  • Identifies and executes opportunities to streamline processes, implement advanced technologies, and enhance risk assessment methodologies.

  • Assesses, selects, and implements innovative software and tools, including artificial intelligence, machine learning and data analytics solutions.

  • Continuously designs and enhances versions of existing CSAA IG experiences. Enhancements should focus not only on traditional product performance measures but also feedback from intended users impacted by the product's design.

  • Delivers robust reporting and analytical capabilities to effectively monitor performance and provide transparency across the organization.

  • Acts as resource and expert on core technical aspects of a line of business and/or the tools and techniques of Product Management.

Strategic Innovation and Growth

  • Supports the execution of our product strategy and implementation with minimal guidance.

  • Provides consulting and recommendations to leaders for future products.

  • With oversight, initiates collaboration with cross-functional partners and support teams towards business objectives, develops actionable insights and recommendations considering impacts to other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

  • Assists leadership with development of Cost-Benefit Analyses (CBA), fostering collaboration with Finance to ensure accurate projections and informed decision-making.

  • Supports Value Stream Leads and the Product Design & Delivery Advisory Board; creates and submits high quality, timely business roadmaps.

  • Employs advanced data science and upgraded tech stack to modernize our platforms.

Market Execution and Performance Management

  • With oversight, develops, modifies, and implements policies and procedures.

  • Provides insights to support decisions on administrative, strategic, or operational matters and ensures effective achievement of objectives.

  • Anticipates issues and develops preventative measures; identify what additional information is needed to understand impact of alternatives, support business objectives and improve programs.

  • Adapts projects, initiatives or designs based on customer or business partner feedback.

  • Develops and manages controls to ensure deliverables are meeting or exceeding expectations, and holds responsible stakeholders accountable.

  • Assists with delivering consistent experiences to drive profitable results from underwriting, and expense management, regardless of the underwriting cycle.

  • Proactively monitors purchasing data, communicating trends to internal stakeholders for timely decision making.

Collaboration

  • Collaborates across functional disciplines and departments communicates effectively at all leadership levels. Key interactions include those with State Product Managers, Actuarial, Risk Management, AAA Partner Clubs, Strategy, Marketing, Distribution, Policyholder Service and Solutions, Business Architecture, and IT.

  • Communicates progress, challenges, and results of initiatives to leadership and stakeholders.

  • With oversight, leads effectively within a highly dynamic, matrixed, cross-functional environment.

  • Identifies and escalates matters of business risk.

Required Experience, Education and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in related area (marketing, business, or a related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • A minimum of 6 years of increasingly responsible product management experience.

  • Strong knowledge of personal lines product and project management, customer experience, financial drivers of product profitability/pricing, distribution, rating/underwriting, forms, rules, coverages, the P&C industry, competitors, legislative and DOI regulations, and strategic planning.

  • Exhibit strong understanding of core insurance business processes and the purpose of digital product delivery.

  • Understanding of business & technology systems and processes and how they link together.

  • Experience in Guidewire Cloud, Jutro Digital Platform (JDP), and other Guidewire applications preferred.

The national average salary range for this position is $136,890.00-$152,100.00. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on work location. The starting pay range for this position across all the states we hire in is $136,890.00-$182,450.00. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 12% of eligible pay.This job posting will be unposted on Sat, 13 Jun 2026.
