• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to gather detailed client histories.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that account for the unique needs and goals of each client, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.
• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, employing tailored therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness techniques.
• Establish measurable therapeutic goals and continuously monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge, participating in team meetings, workshops, and training programs.

Our clients are diverse and represent a wide array of backgrounds, facing various mental health challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, and more. You will work collaboratively with clients to create safe spaces where they feel supported and empowered to explore their emotional struggles and develop coping strategies for enduring challenges.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is essential.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to foster trusting relationships with clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities are critical for maintaining caseload efficiency and meeting documentation standards.

Experience in providing therapy in a virtual setting is a plus, particularly for candidates who have previously utilized telehealth platforms. Familiarity with current mental health treatment methodologies and comfort in using technology to facilitate therapy sessions will be advantageous.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a performance-based salary, our benefits package includes:
