As a member of our team, you will primarily operate in a remote setting, allowing you to provide care and therapy via various telehealth platforms. While the bulk of your work occurs from home, you also have the option to work in our inviting outpatient office space when necessary. This hybrid approach promotes flexibility and comfort while maintaining a strong connection with professional peers through regular virtual meetings and consultations.

In your capacity as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, utilizing evidence-based tools to understand clients' mental health challenges and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using proven therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate with clients to establish measurable therapeutic goals and consistently evaluate their progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer the convenience of virtual appointments or for those facing accessibility issues.
• Uphold meticulous and timely documentation practices, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing education and professional development to refine your clinical skills and stay current with evolving practices in mental health care.

Your role will involve working with a diverse group of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health conditions. You will be instrumental in providing a safe and supportive environment where clients can openly share their experiences, explore their challenges, and embark on the journey toward healing and self-discovery.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid mental health license in the state of Oregon, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients.
• An empathetic and compassionate demeanor, demonstrating a non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ situations.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to effectively manage caseloads and fulfill administrative responsibilities.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in trauma-informed care, behavioral health interventions, or multicultural counseling will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with telehealth service delivery is also beneficial, given the remote nature of this position.

Turning Point Health Partner offers competitive annual salaries ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a robust compensation package, we provide:
