These nurses often provide care coordination, patient education, and monitoring via telehealth platforms, supporting patients who are receiving infusion treatments at home or in outpatient settings. They collaborate with physicians and pharmacy teams to ensure safe and effective infusion therapy, troubleshoot complications, and answer patient questions. This role requires strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and experience with infusion protocols.
