• Conduct thorough mental health assessments using structured interviews and standardized tools to discern patient needs effectively.

• Facilitate virtual psychoeducational groups focusing on coping strategies, stress management, and the importance of mental wellness.

• Provide crisis intervention services through remote platforms, ensuring patients receive timely and effective support during mental health emergencies.

Your work at Springwells of Hope will directly impact a diverse array of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. You will play a crucial role in guiding these individuals through their mental health journeys, providing compassionate support tailored to their unique experiences and backgrounds.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in the state of Texas.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and crafting effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques, particularly CBT and solution-focused therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, necessary for building strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Commitment to ethical practice and maintaining professional boundaries while fostering a supportive environment.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems for effective patient documentation and management.
• A collaborative spirit and willingness to be an active part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy services, particularly in a remote or telehealth setting.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
