Your daily work will often involve video calls, phone sessions, and digital documentation. • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and establish baseline objectives for treatment.
• Create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual goals, ensuring that approaches are evidence-based and culturally sensitive.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges.
• Engage actively in case consultations and interdisciplinary meetings to coordinate care effectively, strengthening the overall treatment approach.
• Document all client interactions rigorously, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Incorporate feedback from clients and peers to refine therapeutic strategies and enhance the overall care experience.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Road To Therapy, Ltd, you will primarily serve a diverse client base, including individuals facing various mental health challenges and families navigating complex emotional landscapes. Our clients range from adolescents to adults seeking support for stress, trauma, and other psychological concerns. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is essential.
• Must possess active licensure in the state of Tennessee as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.
• Demonstrable computer proficiency, including familiarity with Google Suite and EHR systems, to efficiently manage documentation and communication.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to foster strong connections with clients and colleagues.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in providing mental health counseling, particularly within an outpatient setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a strong understanding of culturally-competent practices are advantageous.
• Knowledge in specific therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or solution-focused therapy, is preferred but not mandatory.

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
