Ideal candidates will have strong Salesforce expertise, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve enablement (quick reference guides, walkthroughs, knowledge articles, and live virtual training sessions) to accelerate advisor proficiency

  • Act as the liaison between advisor practices and the Continuous Delivery Organization.

  • Translate business needs into clear requirements/user stories.

  • Identify common questions, adoption barriers, and recurring issues; track themes and recommend processes, training, or platform improvements

  • Partner with internal stakeholders (Field Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Product/Delivery teams) to align priorities, communications, and readiness for releases

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform

  • FSC experience (1+ year), client-facing support/enablement, wealth workflow knowledge.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingualism (English-French) is an asset.

When you join our team:

  • We'll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
