• Deliver one-on-one counseling and therapy sessions for clients dealing with various mental health challenges.
• Conduct thorough assessments to develop tailored treatment plans while maintaining meticulous client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage clients in ongoing care for mental health issues and substance use disorders, ensuring they receive well-rounded support.
• Participate in regular staff meetings to foster a team-oriented culture and share best practices with colleagues.
• Administer and manage a diverse caseload, enabling flexible interaction with clients from various backgrounds and demographics.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to assess and diagnose mental health disorders.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a valid state license as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is necessary.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills are essential for successful client interactions.
• Proficient in building meaningful relationships with clients, facilitating a rapport that inspires trust and openness.

While not mandatory, experience working in a remote environment and utilizing teletherapy platforms will be advantageous. Familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is also beneficial, as this will enhance your ability to tailor treatment to individual client needs.
