In this role, you'll handle a broad range of HR responsibilities, from ensuring accurate payroll and benefit programs to engaging with employees and supporting new talent onboarding. Goals & Responsibilities

This position includes, but is not limited to, the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
  • Maintain payroll records, manage quarterly/annual tax filings, and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws
  • Administer and reconcile employee benefits programs and billing
  • Lead benefits enrollment and manage leave programs, including FMLA
  • Respond to payroll and benefits inquiries, providing excellent support
  • Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offers
  • Partner with managers on staffing strategies and employer branding initiatives
  • Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation programs
  • Maintain HRIS accuracy and employee records
  • Assist with programs that enhance retention, engagement, and organizational culture


Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three years' HR experience as a coordinator, generalist or in a similar capacity
  • Hands-on experience with payroll processing and benefits administration strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service approach
  • Ability to work with sensitive information confidentially and professionally
  • Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
