• Facilitate open and ongoing communication with clients regarding their therapeutic goals while tracking their progress regularly.
• Provide teletherapy options, enabling clients to receive necessary support conveniently from home or any safe space.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats, fostering trust and engagement with clients.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental attitude toward clients' diverse experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage caseload and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.

• Previous experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly valued.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing digital platforms for therapy, ensuring a smooth and effective therapeutic process.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and an ability to adapt practices based on client needs.
