• Conduct thorough assessments of students' mental health and social functioning, using evidence-based tools and techniques.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each student, utilizing solution-focused approaches.
• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
• Engage in regular collaboration with educators, school administrators, and other healthcare providers to promote a holistic support system for students.
• Provide education and resources to students and their families about mental health issues, intervention strategies, and available support services.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, best practices, and trends in mental health to continuously improve service delivery.

The primary focus of this role is providing services to students experiencing mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma-related issues, anxiety, and depressive disorders. Our diverse clientele encompasses various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, necessitating a culturally sensitive and personalized approach in clinical interventions.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess a valid LICSW licensing credential in the state of Massachusetts.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant setting, preferably with children and adolescents.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy and trauma-informed care methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and critical thinking capabilities essential for effective case management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

• Experience working in school settings or with youth populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient record-keeping and documentation.
