• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand client needs and devise tailored therapeutic strategies.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups to address mental health issues.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy, ensuring that treatment is individualized.
• Maintain clear and accurate clinical records while adhering to legal standards and ethical practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training, keeping abreast with the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families with varying access to mental health services. Many of our clients face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will significantly influence their emotional health and personal development, providing essential support in navigating their mental health journeys.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is necessary.
• Proficiency in managing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health field.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a healthcare team.

• Specialization or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse counseling, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.
• Previous experience working in outpatient settings is advantageous, allowing for better adaptation to our organizational focus.

• Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
