The role of Licensed Mental Health Counselor is designed for a remote telehealth setting, allowing you to conduct your sessions in a comfortable and flexible environment. • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and establish baseline data.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are personalized to align with clients' goals and progress.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling, utilizing therapeutic modalities that best suit the diverse needs of our clients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care, including referrals, consultations, and progress updates.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical practices.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and participate in case conferences to enhance your skills and share insights with peers.

Your work will involve collaborating with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and mood disorders. We also specialize in addiction treatment and trauma recovery, allowing you to apply your skills in meaningful and transformative ways. This role demands a deep understanding of various therapeutic modalities and an ability to adapt to different clients' needs, contributing positively to their mental health journey.

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
• A Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited program.
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to individuals and groups within a mental health setting.
• Proficient in evidence-based practices relevant to mental health treatment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for documenting client interactions and treatment plans.

• Experience in adapting therapeutic approaches for telehealth delivery.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
