Job description

The Fortitude Team is seeking motivated, people-oriented individuals interested in developing a career in financial services.

As a Junior Financial Consultant, you’ll receive structured training and mentorship while learning how to work with individuals and families to understand their financial goals, provide financial education, and help develop personalized strategies around protection, retirement planning, wealth accumulation, and long-term financial security.

No previous financial services experience is required. We’re looking for individuals who are coachable, driven, professional, and comfortable building relationships with people.

This is a remote independent-contractor opportunity with flexible part-time and full-time career paths.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $80,000


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct virtual meetings with individuals and families

  • Learn to assess clients’ financial goals, priorities, and concerns

  • Educate clients on financial concepts and available strategies

  • Help develop personalized financial recommendations based on client needs

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

  • Provide ongoing client service and conduct periodic reviews
