Regional Director of Sales (LATAM)

Duetto Research

Mexico, ME • Remote

Job description

Duetto already has a strong footprint in LATAM - and this role is about accelerating it. As Director of Sales based in Mexico, you'll own the full sales cycle for strategic accounts across the region, working directly with C-level hotel and casino executives to bring Duetto's Revenue & Profit Operating System to one of hospitality's most dynamic and fast-growing markets. If you're a self-starter who thrives in a high-autonomy, high-accountability environment and you know the LATAM hospitality landscape, this is your opportunity to make a serious impact.

What Makes Us Different?

Duetto is the hospitality industry's leading revenue management platform, founded in 2012 by former Wynn Resorts executives who knew the industry needed better technology. We built the world's first Revenue & Profit Operating System - a suite of tools (GameChanger, ScoreBoard, BlockBuster, Advance and more) that goes beyond room pricing to give hotels, resorts and casinos a complete picture of their revenue and profitability. Trusted by clients ranging from independent boutique hotels to global chains, we've been named the #1 Revenue Management Software by HotelTechAwards four years running and the #1 Best Place to Work in Hotel Tech in 2025. Backed by GrowthCurve Capital since 2024, we're accelerating our investment in AI - and we're genuinely passionate about the industry we serve. We build products we're proud of, for customers we care about.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You'll own the full sales cycle as an individual contributor - from first engagement through close - for strategic named accounts and prospects across your LATAM territory, with clear accountability to meeting and exceeding quota.
  • You'll engage C-level executives at hotels, resorts, and casinos to align their business needs with Duetto's platform, building the kind of trusted, long-term relationships that win and retain enterprise accounts.
  • You'll build and manage a healthy new business pipeline, maintaining rigorous forecast accuracy in Salesforce and developing, establishing, and closing new logos within Duetto's named account list.
  • You'll work closely with the Customer Success team to deliver high-touch service to existing clients and identify upsell opportunities across Duetto's customer base in the region.
  • You'll establish and nurture relationships with strategic partners, consultants, and channel collaborators to extend Duetto's reach and strengthen its position across LATAM markets.
  • You'll represent Duetto at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings across the region - staying closely connected to key markets, regional partners, and the hospitality community you serve.

What We're Looking For

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of sales experience within technology and the travel or hospitality industry
  • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to lead commercial conversations at C-level
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including pipeline management and sales forecasting
  • A BS/BA degree
  • Based in Mexico with willingness to travel up to 30%

Strong candidates may also have:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English - Portuguese is a bonus
  • Understanding of the hospitality technology landscape and hotel buyer personas in LATAM

Why Duetto?

  • A differentiated product in an expanding market. Duetto's platform is genuinely open and extensible - it's not a commodity RMS, and the LATAM market is growing fast. You'll be selling something that stands out, in a region with real momentum.
  • Full ownership of a high-value territory. This is a hunter IC role - your relationships, your pipeline, your number. For the right person, the autonomy is the appeal.
  • AI is how we work. Duetto is an AI-first organisation across every function - you'll have tools that make you sharper, faster, and better prepared in every customer conversation.
  • Local presence, global backing. You'll be the regional expert on the ground, connected to a global team with the brand, product, and support to help you win.

The Details

  • Location: Remote (Mexico)
  • Department: Sales
  • Travel: Up to 30%

Duetto is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

Sound like you?

You don't need every item on this list. If you know the LATAM hospitality market, you can close enterprise deals, and you're energised by the idea of owning a territory with real growth potential - we'd love to hear from you.
