As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to understand clients' mental health conditions.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and clients' specific needs.
• Providing individual therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborating with clients to establish therapeutic goals while monitoring their progress throughout the course of treatment.
• Offering flexible teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual engagement or have accessibility challenges.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines, ensuring seamless record-keeping for client cases.
• Participating in regular team meetings and peer consultations to share insights and enhance clinical skills.
• Engaging in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training relevant to current mental health practices.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid mental health license in Pennsylvania: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, necessary for building rapport and establishing trust with clients.
• Demonstrated compassion and empathy, maintaining a non-judgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, those with prior experience in a private practice setting, knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques, and familiarity with telehealth platforms will be given priority. Experience working with diverse populations and a proficiency in additional therapeutic modalities are also desired.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits include:
