• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing standardized tests, clinical interviews, and behavioral observations to develop a full understanding of clients' issues.
• Create detailed treatment plans that are customized to Meet the individual needs and preferences of students, ensuring they are aligned with educational goals.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing emotional support and therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their objectives.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, utilizing clinical data to document outcomes and interventions appropriately.
• Produce comprehensive reports in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation is clear, concise, and readily accessible when needed.
• Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, developing strategies to empower clients and address barriers to mental health care.

Your primary clients will include students from diverse backgrounds dealing with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. You will work closely with minors, their families, and educational staff to foster a safe and supportive environment where therapy can be effective. Your role will not only influence individual clients but will also contribute to the overall mental well-being of our school communities.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social work, particularly in the mental health and psychiatric domain, with a strong understanding of the school setting.

• Experience in developing and implementing mental health programs within educational environments, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and tracking of patient care.
• A passion for community outreach and advocacy in mental health awareness.
• Expertise in crisis intervention techniques and evidence-based therapeutic practices.

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as a robust benefits package.
