Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on tariff classification, valuation, and preference programs.
- Navigate and interpret various import laws and international trade regulations.
- Conduct legal research and draft technical documents for a diverse client base.
- Manage client relationships directly, ensuring all requests are prioritized and deadlines are met.
- Work both independently and collaboratively with team leaders and subject matter experts.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Bar membership.
- 5+ years of experience specifically in import law and Customs regulations.
- Strong background in tariff classification and valuation.
- Exceptional writing, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with direct client interaction.

- Salary Range: 180,000 USD to 250,000 USD (Base salary commensurate with experience).
