Job Description

We are looking for an Oracle Learning IT Consultant II to configure, implement, and support Oracle Learning within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM while developing training content, managing learning assignments, and supporting user adoption throughout a learning management system deployment. This position will be a full-time contract and remote.

What You'll Do

  • Validate the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environment and confirm Oracle Learning functionality, licensing, and system readiness

  • Configure Oracle Learning within the Redwood learning experience

  • Confirm and manage Learning Administrator access, security profiles, catalog structures, and assignment configurations

  • Configure courses, offerings, self-paced content, completion rules, learner notifications, and recurring assignments

  • Author and customize training content using Articulate and publish content using supported e-learning standards

  • Test learning content in content test environments to validate launch, tracking, and completion functionality

  • Import and configure learning content within Oracle Learning

  • Organize courses and learning materials using Redwood catalog categories and topic management capabilities

  • Configure assignments based on HR attribute groups, organizational structures, and compliance requirements

  • Develop and maintain learner communications, reminders, and completion tracking processes

  • Create, modify, and maintain Oracle Learning reports and dashboards to support management and compliance reporting requirements

  • Conduct system testing, analyze issues, and resolve defects throughout implementation and user acceptance testing activities

  • Support CPD staff during testing, training, and deployment activities

  • Facilitate design sessions, configuration workshops, and knowledge transfer meetings with business stakeholders

  • Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions and administrator training for designated client resources

  • Support production rollout activities and provide Hypercare support following go-live

  • Open, manage, and coordinate Oracle Service Requests related to Oracle Learning functionality and implementation activities

  • Prepare and maintain implementation documentation, configuration guides, and operational procedures

What You'll Need

Required:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience configuring Oracle Learning within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Learning administration and configuration

  • Experience working with the Redwood learning experience

  • Experience managing learning catalogs, categories, topics, assignments, and learning content within Oracle Learning

  • Experience configuring courses, offerings, self-paced content items, completion rules, recurrence settings, and learner notifications

  • Experience with Assignment Management and HR attribute-based assignment configurations

  • Experience authoring and customizing training content using Articulate

  • Experience publishing content using SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI, or similar learning standards

  • Experience testing e-learning content using platforms such as SCORM Cloud or similar content testing tools

  • Experience with Oracle Learning reporting, completion tracking, and standard report customization

  • Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing, issue resolution, and production deployments

  • Experience opening and managing Oracle Service Requests

  • Ability to work independently within a remote consulting engagement

  • Strong communication, documentation, training, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience facilitating workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and Train-the-Trainer programs

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting public sector or government organizations

  • Experience implementing compliance training programs including harassment, bystander intervention, or mandated reporter training

  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM 26C and 26D Learning functionality

  • Experience supporting Oracle Learning migrations, upgrades, or modernization initiatives

  • Experience working in large enterprise learning management environments

Physical Demands
