This role is ideal for a dedicated mental health professional eager to make a substantial difference in the lives of patients in a hospice setting. As a Clinical Social Worker at our Hospice Center, you will be instrumental in conducting comprehensive assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions that prioritize patient wellness and comfort in a final stage of life care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead group therapy sessions that foster connection and shared experiences among participants, enhancing their coping mechanisms.
  • Engage in comprehensive discharge planning, coordinating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth transition in care.
  • Document all treatment progress and evaluations meticulously, in compliance with program protocols, to maintain a clear, up-to-date record of patient care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at Insight Behavioral Health, you will primarily work with patients experiencing terminal illnesses and their families. Your expertise will provide much-needed support in addressing the emotional, psychological, and social challenges they face during the end-of-life process. Qualifications
  • A master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution recognized by the Council on Social Work Education.
