• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing a range of diagnostic tools to better understand clients’ conditions and histories, paving the way for personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), addressing clients’ unique difficulties with compassion and expertise.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that your practice is accountable and ethical.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of mental health experts—psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers—fostering collaborative treatment approaches that benefit the overall care continuum.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to enhance your clinical practice, share insights, and ensure the delivery of the highest quality of care.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment strategies, and community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journeys.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, reflecting your advanced education in the field.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York state, demonstrating your qualifications and commitment to clinical excellence.
• Proficiency in applying solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, which allows you to develop adaptive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
