Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' needs, including mental health histories and psychosocial factors, followed by the effective creation of personalized treatment plans utilizing solution-focused methodologies.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure the provision of comprehensive care tailored to each individual client's situation.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at discussing complex cases, improving therapeutic strategies, and ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health treatment.
• Educate and guide clients and their families through the intricacies of mental health issues, treatment options, and local community resources, fostering empowerment and independence.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in the mental health field to adapt and implement evidence-based practices that enhance therapeutic efficacy and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population representing various backgrounds, cultures, and age groups. Many clients may present with challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our focus is on delivering culturally sensitive care that acknowledges and respects the unique experiences of each individual.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, ensuring a solid foundation in clinical practice.
• An active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington, demonstrating your commitment to ethical and professional standards.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in psychotherapy, reinforcing your capability to manage complex cases effectively.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, illustrating your ability to assist clients in navigating their mental health challenges successfully.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a community health setting, providing insight into the specific challenges and nuances of delivering care in a multidisciplinary environment.

Compensation and Benefits
